The address sits on Surfers Paradise Boulevard, the spine of the Gold Coast’s most recognised beachfront precinct.

The Westin below

M Property has signed with Marriott International to bring the Gold Coast’s first Westin to 3321 Surfers Paradise Boulevard. The hotel will hold 138 keys, comprising 115 rooms and 23 suites, across levels 6 to 25. It will be operated by La Vie Hotels & Resorts and is anticipated to open in late 2029.

The signing was announced on 17 July 2026 by La Vie Hotels & Resorts and reported by Gold Coast Bulletin, The Urban Developer, HM Magazine among others.

The residences above

At the crown of the tower sit forty residences, independently owned and serviced, with their own arrival and their own release. They are not Marriott or Westin branded residences. The hotel is the neighbour downstairs, not the landlord.

The residences are not yet on the market. Registered buyers will receive floor plans, pricing and preview appointments before the public launch.
