The signing establishes a globally recognised wellness hotel beneath a distinct collection of private residences in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

M Property has entered into an agreement with Marriott International to introduce The Westin Gold Coast at 3321 Surfers Paradise Boulevard. La Vie Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to operate the hotel.

Anticipated to open in late 2029, the hotel will comprise 138 keys, including 115 rooms and 23 suites, across levels 6 to 25 of the mixed use development.

A wellness-led hotel for the Gold Coast

The hotel is planned to include a signature restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, an infinity pool and pool bar, WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio and Heavenly Spa by Westin.

Westin’s Eat Well, Sleep Well and Move Well pillars provide a natural fit for the Gold Coast and its enduring connection to active, outdoor living.

A distinct residential world above

The private residences are being conceived as their own experience, with separate arrival, private resident movement and an owner-first service model. They are not Westin or Marriott branded residences, and they will be released on their own terms.

The residential release will be introduced separately. Early registrations are now being accepted for future project updates and private preview opportunities. The collection is described at the residences and the full project record at the fact sheet.
