Each residence is independently owned and serviced. Under the proposed service model, the team sets the table for your evening, keeps the residence while you are away for a season, and has it ready on the date you return. Shopping travels from the valet to the kitchen without you carrying it. Service details remain subject to the final residential arrangements.

The residences are not Marriott or Westin branded residences. The tower below holds the Gold Coast’s first Westin, and residents pass it on the way to their own entrance. The distinction begins at the door.
