This notice explains how M Property collects and uses information submitted through The Residences at 3321 website.
Information we collect
When you register interest, we may collect your name, email address, your chosen update list and, if you choose to provide them, your telephone number, stated interest and callback request. We also retain a record of your consent and the page or campaign that led to your registration. We do not collect unfinished contact details before you submit the form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries and provide relevant project updates, release information and private preview invitations relevant to the updates you request. Following the project does not identify you as a residence buyer. Registration carries no purchase obligation or guarantee of an allocation. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and access
Registration information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised members of the project team and service providers required to support the enquiry process. The website and its registration database use managed hosting and Cloudflare D1. Service providers may process information outside Australia. We retain registrations while managing your enquiry and the project release, and remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations. A limited record of withdrawal may be kept to honour your choice.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or remove your information, or unsubscribe from project communications, by replying to any project email you receive. You can also contact M Property and mention The Residences at 3321. Where a message includes a private unsubscribe link, use it to confirm your choice. Visiting the link alone does not change your subscription.
Optional site statistics
Statistics are off unless you choose to allow them. They help us understand which pages are read and where registration is difficult. We record the page, a random session reference and actions such as starting a form, without your name, email, telephone number or form answers. The records stay with the site and are not sent to an advertising platform.
